Valentine's Day Quotes: Day 3

It's tomorrow, it's tomorrow!  I hope you all have dates and or other fun things planned with either your significant other, or friends and family. :) I have a hot date with class all day till 8 o'clock at night, so that's my valentine!  But no worries, I will be wearing lots of red and pink. ;)

Here's my 3rd day of love related quotes... I hope you like it (and it comes in picture-form!):

Oh, and not only is it picture form but it is Winnie-the-Pooh!  I know, adorable. ;)

Valentine's Day Quotes: Day 2

"The best relationship is when you two can act like lovers and best friends.  It’s when you have more playful moments than serious moments.  It’s when you can joke around, let each other have piggy backs, have unexpected hugs, and random kisses.  It’s when you two give each other that specific stare and just smile.  It’s when you’ll rather stay in to watch movies, eat junk food and cuddle, than go out all the time.  It’s when you’ll stay up all night just to settle your arguments and problems.  It’s when you can completely act like yourself and they can still love you for who you are."

So... What's your idea of the "best" relationship?

Valentine's Day Quotes: Day 1

It's true; I love quotes.  I love reading them, hearing them, writing them down, and collecting them.  I love to think about them and what they mean, and see if they apply to my own life.  Unlike most people who only search for quotes in books they read I collect quotes from just about everywhere - yes, books, but also magazines, TV, films, conversations (both those I'm involved in and those I "overhear") - quotes both from "famous" people and, well, those who aren't so well known.  So in honor of Valentine's Day I decided for the next several days I will post at least one of the quotes from my personal collection - of course love or relationship inspired - for you all to enjoy, share, and discuss.  So my first one in this tradition is:

"We are not the same persons this year as last; nor are those we love.  It is a happy chance if we, changing, continue to love a changed person."

What do you think?  True?  False?  Applicable to yourself or someone you know?

I'm curious to hear your thoughts!

xoxo
